We currently offer services in select cities across India.

Treezy offers:

  • Potted Plant Maintenance: Regular watering, pruning, cleaning, and pest control.
  • Lawn Care: Grass cutting, weeding, fertilizing, and seasonal maintenance.
  • Plant Rentals: Short or long-term rentals for homes, offices, and events.

You can book directly through our website or WhatsApp chatbot.
Just choose the service type, fill in basic details like your address and preferred schedule, and confirm payment.
You’ll receive a booking confirmation and reminder before every visit.

No, however our gardeners have experience and therefore they can help you take better care of plants.

Absolutely. All Treezy professionals are trained horticulturists or skilled gardeners, background-verified, and equipped with standard tools and safety gear.
We also provide ongoing training to ensure consistent quality across all visits.

While Treezy ensures high-quality care and uses expert maintenance practices, plant health depends on several natural factors like sunlight, watering consistency, and site conditions.
We are not liable for plant mortality due to environmental causes or third-party interference.

You can rent plants for your home, office, or event on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
Treezy provides delivery, setup, and regular maintenance throughout the rental period.
In case of damage or loss, the customer may be charged a replacement cost as per our policy.

We accept all major payment methods, UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and bank transfers.
Subscriptions can also be renewed automatically through secure payment links.

Yes. You can pause or cancel any ongoing service plan by notifying us at least 72 hours in advance.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy.

For most services, there’s no long-term commitment.
However, discounted subscription plans may have minimum durations (monthly or quarterly). These details are shared clearly before booking.

Yes, sustainability is at the heart of Treezy.
We use organic fertilizers, neem-based pesticides, and water-efficient practices to keep your plants healthy without harming the environment.
